PlexusBase
A secure workspace for practical training records, approvals, progress, and user management in emergency medical education.
PlexusBase is a digital workspace for training evidence in emergency medical education. It brings reports, practical records, reviews, roles, and account management into one guided process. The goal is to replace scattered paper, messages, and spreadsheets with a clearer daily workflow.
The product is built for trainees, instructors, schools, ambulance stations, and clinics. Each group needs a different view of the same work. A trainee records a report. The responsible reviewer sees a stable evidence snapshot. Administrators manage people and the system without taking over the professional review itself.
What it does
- Lets trainees capture daily reports and practical evidence in a structured flow.
- Gives schools, ambulance stations, and clinics clear groups, roles, and review routes.
- Keeps approvals, requested changes, and exports easy to follow.
- Supports invitations, real user accounts, profile management, and protected work areas.
- Shows training progress and open work in a way that teams can act on.
- Keeps an audit trail so important changes can be understood later.
Recent work
The July build turned the project into a much more complete product. The public PlexusBase surface, account pages, and product screenshots now show what the system is for before a user enters the app. Inside the product, reports, practical evidence, reviews, user administration, and progress views were expanded into clearer working areas.
The review workflow was made more dependable. Evidence is kept with the correct report, review routes follow the responsible group, and requested changes can move back to the right person without losing the history. The product also gained better training-health views and action lists so a team can see where progress needs attention rather than only reading raw records.
The foundation was strengthened at the same time. Invitation and onboarding flows, email templates, group-based workflows, audit views, and recovery guidance were added or hardened. The work also includes automated checks around permissions, data types, workflow boundaries, and larger data volumes.
Value for users
For trainees, PlexusBase makes it easier to document real work while it is still fresh. For reviewers, it creates a cleaner way to check evidence and request improvements. For schools and practical sites, it reduces the manual effort of finding missing records, explaining roles, and preparing progress information.
Current direction
The current direction is a reliable training workspace that respects professional review. The product should make the everyday work simple while keeping the evidence, account boundaries, and progress history clear.
Public boundary
This page describes the public product direction. It does not include personal training records, organisation data, private reports, access details, or internal operating procedures. PlexusBase supports documented review work; it does not replace a formal professional or regulatory decision.
