DEVLO AIOS

A governed operations system for agent-assisted business work, research, SEO checks, task routing, and source-backed decision records.

AgentsOperationsResearch

DEVLO AIOS is an operations system for agent-assisted business work. It is not a single chat prompt or one automation. It is a working structure for turning research, tasks, checks, decisions, and reports into a process that can be reviewed.

The project is useful because agent work can become messy fast. Agents can make claims without sources, skip a handoff, repeat old work, or mark something done before it is verified. DEVLO AIOS adds structure around that: intake, task records, source-backed reports, status gates, and review steps.

What it does

  • Keeps business operations work organized across tasks, reports, and decisions.
  • Tracks tool and model changes so the system can react when agent tools improve or break.
  • Supports source-backed research and run cards for business execution.
  • Adds gates around SEO, GEO, website-copy feedback, and outreach workflows.
  • Records decisions in a way that can be checked later.
  • Helps turn repeated agent work into a managed process instead of a loose chat history.

Recent work

The June work focused on governance and feedback loops. The system gained stronger source-backed run card intake, Fable-governed business execution, LLM skill gates, SEO and GEO workflow hardening, multi-site Search Console export support, and public website copy feedback gates.

There was also steady work on model-watch and tool-watch reporting. Those reports matter because agent systems depend on changing tools. If a model changes behavior or a tool becomes available, the operating process should notice and adapt. The task registry automation also became cleaner, with isolated automation branches and generated task records.

Value for users

The value is safer agent work. A user gets a system that asks for evidence, keeps records, and makes it harder for an agent to skip verification. That is especially helpful for research, SEO, operations, and client-adjacent work where a wrong claim can waste time.

Current direction

The current direction is a more dependable operating layer. The system should keep making agent work easier to inspect: what was asked, what sources were used, what changed, what still needs review, and what can be safely repeated.

Public boundary

The public page only describes the operating pattern. It does not publish private client data, lead lists, reports, credentials, internal spreadsheets, or confidential task details.
